Hey! I'm Zara and I'm the dog trainer and behaviourist here at Whippet Wonders. I have been working with dogs for 15 years here in Lincoln and started working with Whippets online 6 years ago.
I started due to a high demand of people contacting me as local trainers dismissed their whippets. Saying they're untrainable or not understanding their unique behaviours and body language.
I started to discover quickly that working online was often MORE effective than my in person consults. Instead of clients dogs constantly jumping, barking or falling out while a new person is home; Clients online were understanding more without distractions, their dogs were able to learn new skills without me being a huge distraction and we were able to get more done.
This is why in 2026 I have decided to stay online only, providing a professional and non judgemental whippet training service.
I'm a qualified and experienced behaviourist with over 15 years practical hands on experience, and I want to support whippet owners!

A Single 1 Hour - 1.5 hour Zoom Call
Solve your problems and get tailored support with this one off 121 via zoom. Ideal for singular issues and creating a plan for you to follow. Honing in on your dogs precise issues and how you can change them.
Perfect for teenage whippet problems, recall, prey drive, reactivity, separation anxiety, pulling on lead, and any issues you may be having.
This call will give you clarity on what is happening, why it is happening and the steps needed to move forward.

Step 1 - Book the Session

Using the booking calendar book in your preferred date/time. You will receive your zoom link and a questionnaire to fill in regarding your dog. You can book from anywhere in the world!
Step 2 - The Session
Tailored Expert Advice
During the session we will discuss the problem you are having and create a personalized plan with tasks to help you and your dog. I will demo activities with my own Whippet Arkle.
Step 3 - Follow Up
Ongoing Support
After the session you will receive follow up notes, report (for behavioural sessions), videos and sheets relevant to the session. As well as ongoing support via whatsapp / Email.

I live in another country, can you work with me?
Whippet Wonders has worked with clients around the world. Everywhere from USA, Australia, Denmark, Italy, Spain, France and more! Zooms can take place from anywhere in the world and you can buy courses from anywhere too.
Don't you need to see my dogs "bad behaviour" In person?
During a zoom I don't need to see your dog doing the wrong behaviour, our goal is to set your dog up for success. This would be the same as if I were in person. If you have any relevant video clips, that is handy, but our focus is on solutions and moving forward!
Do you charge extra for multi dog households?
There is NO extra charge for households with multiple dogs. We can cover the most pressing issues for your multidog household in each session.
What if my dog is not food motivated?
If your dog is not a super foodie, don't worry! Motivation is a tricky topic, but very often it is about how we use food and we will cover strategies during your 121 zoom session.
